Mustang Sally

The original muscle car, the Ford Mustang or 'pony' was Ford's biggest success with only 100,000 expected to sell and over a million sold after 18 months after launch in 1964! In 1966 the Shelby GT350 was introduced as a rental car and dubbed 'rent a racer' and still a sought after asset by collector's.

This particular car, Mustang Sally, a 1966 Coupe (sport's coupe in Europe), has spent most of it's life in west coast America where it was enjoyed and lovingly cared for by three generations of the same family. Grandpa handed the keys to his prized possession to his son, who then did the same with his son. The car was eventually sold to a collector/enthusiast in Sacramento Ca, in the early nineties, where the car had an engine refirb' transmission upgrade, some minor cosmetic work, and the addition of some serious chrome alloy's!

In 2008 after many years of searching for a Raven black, all original, (straight) V6 Ford Mustang, the car was purchased and imported it to the U. K. Now in sunny Cornwall it still enjoy's dry miles only, lot's of polishing and pampering, turning head's when on the road, and drawing a crowd when parked! Available for weddings this is ideally suited to the groom and best man but is a real headturner.
