VW Beetle ragtop!

Ok so this is not everyones cup of tea!

A 1956 Volkswagen RHD ragtop Beetle.

This is purely about fun and patina. No doubt not the best way to impress your new bride turning up in this VW. That said if you are a VW nut this might just be up your street. Let us know your thoughts?

Coming for 2018!!

Now a VW Karmann Ghia is quite possibly the most stunning Volkswagen that was ever produced!

These have such iconic lines and are truely a great design, evolved through the links to its sister, Porsche.

There are fewer and fewer of these vehicles around, let alone convertables..

So you take a Karmann Ghia, the fact it is a convertable and in white and you have one of the nicest wedding cars on the market.

Our sample is just that, a 1963 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia, in white and a convertable, although a long way off of being what we intend it to be.. Hopefully with some love and passion this should be ready for next season..

Dan & Lesley's big day on 7th September 2013

time for a restWell, its time for me, Juliet, to tell you my tale. Yet again I had been hired to perform my duties as the glorious wedding transport. Its been a busy year and today was no exception. It was great to be pampered all morning by my driver. It was great to have a nice shower in the warm sun, then I was rubbed all over until a was glistening in the rays! Next stop- it was off to do my duties as the wedding transport for Cornwall VW Wedding Hire. We cruised up the A30 on that familiar drive until we reached the first destination in Camborne. yep, it was time to meet the happy bride, Lesley, and her bridal party. I had a little rest, rather excited to meet Lesley on her big day. Well, when she walked out of that front door, what an amazing surprise... I cruised off, happy we were heading to one of my favourite wedding venues- The Blue Bar, Porthtowan. I just love getting out on the open roads, in the fresh air. We had plenty of time so had a well earned stop off at Portreath. Lesley was enjoying the attention of the photos and seemed understandably excited by what lay in stall. It was not long before we were off again, this time with Porthtowan in mind.... What better venue than to be by the beach watching the world go by whilst waiting for my passengers. Lesley was soon to become Mrs Patrick and I was going to be one of the first to enjoy that excitement.Portreath P1050856After approx forty minutes it was not long before Daniel & Lesley emerged, beaming from ear to ear. This is where I came in, opened up my front eyes and sat up front. I love it when I have my photo taken, I feel so lucky to be part of Cornwall VW Wedding HIre. How many other campers my age get so looked after and pampered, let alone enjoying the company of so many happy couples....Congratulations Daniel & Lesley

Jamie & Alexia's great day

The sun was out, it was the Rip Curl Boardmasters and traffic was a nightmare- who would possibly want to drive a wedding car on this fine day? Cornwall VW Wedding Hire took on this role, and what a pleasure it was too. Despite taking an hour to get into Newquay, we still managed to get there in good time! Cruising through the streets of Newquay in a VW has to be the way forward-nice one guys Atlantic Hotel Atlantic Hotel Atlantic Hotel, Newquay Newquay

Congratulations to Adrian & Emma

The crew of Cornwall VW Wedding Hire woke up bright and early to head off to Juliots Well Caravan Park to meet Emma on 2nd August 2013. Out of the garage reared Juliet, our cream VW camper, and we took the great coast road to Juliots Well. The weather, combined with that great feel you get driving a Volkswagen, made the journey that more pleasurable. Once at Juliots Well we then headed to Rock where we met Adrian and it was not long before they were Mr & Mrs Pinnock. Congratulations guys! a day out in Rock VW camper with Adrian & Emma loved up calm down

Cornwall VW at the St Ives Harbour Hotel

Well, another great day! It was time for Cornwall VW Wedding Hire to head off to Helston to pick up Abby, the bride of the day,  and her bridesmaids. The weather was looking good, Romeo & Juliet were ready for a bit of romance, and the pleasure was all ours. Before long we were off to St Michaels Church in Helston and then it was that great country drive to St Ives Harbour Hotel (formerly Porthminster Hotel) in St Ives. That was after we stopped for a few romantic shots courtesy of Kiss Photography.Superb day and lovely couple-congratulations to Abby & Alex! Chris & Steph Friday 21st June - Cornwall VW Wedding Hire off to Bude

Well, after a quick weather check it was time to cruise on the coastal route to Bude. Travelling in a VW wedding camper has to be the best way to travel I have to say. I was on my way to meet with Steph to transport her, bridesmaids and dad to the lovely Morwenstow Church. What a great, tranquil place! It was then off to Widemouth Bay with Steph & Ian for a few photos. The weather had perked up and was looking good with beautiful skies. What better way to spend your wedding day than to go to Bude Castle for the reception... arriving at the churchmore.... more... the happy couple loving the skyBude Castle how cool?
